    Supply and Installation

Sustainable Construction Services (SCS) supplies a wide range of products, making us one of the most diverse suppliers in Australia. The combination of imported (German made) and quality Australian products allows us to supply a massive range of materials, accessories, designs, configurations, and finishes at great value. Many of our products are not available in Australia in the quality or variety that SCS provides.

The quality of our service as well as our products is based on a network of suppliers with a focus on customer service and constant improvement. Innovation and continuous improvement are means by which SCS ensures consistently high-quality products, installation, customer service, maintenance, and technical support. Our product range is chosen in this way to ensure that products are supplied in a consistent design, no matter which material, finish, or colour is selected. SCS generally completes projects that are supply and install or supply-only. For supply-only projects, SCS provides technical support services, detailed manuals, and on-site installation monitoring to ensure the project runs smoothly and all items are installed correctly.

    Supply

Depending on our clients’ wishes, we are able to supply products, technical information, drawings, and samples from the design stage until delivery and even monitor installation techniques and quality of workmanship, alignment, etc. SCS is happy to leave the installation to your trusted builder or tradesman, still providing support with technical advice, manuals, and instructions. However, we strongly recommend the use of proper tools, fixings, sundry parts, sealants, and insulating foams. The method of installation is extremely important to utilise the full benefits of the product, such as thermal insulation, soundproofing, security, etc. Proper alignment is important to ensure long-term operation and durability, the prevention of additional maintenance and repair costs, as well as the protection of your structures and finishes from water penetration.

    Installation

Proper installation is the key to a quality product and finish, ensuring durability and sustainability. If short-cuts are taken during the installation of windows and doors, this can lead to severe defects such as moisture and water leakage into the building and other structural and safety issues with the product’s durability and structural stability. Dangerous moulds can form due to water penetration, creating a risk to your health and damaging your structure and finishes. Inferior technique and workmanship will also lead to airflow into the building, draught and increased noise from the outside. As a result, your energy costs increase, and further means to aggravate your health and stress levels are created unnecessarily.

Other speciality products such as Cross Laminated Timber (CLT), glass roofs, sunrooms and conservatories, shutters, blinds, and awnings must be installed by SCS’s qualified installation team. These products must be installed, aligned accurately, and mounted to ensure sufficient strength and compliance with manufacturer or engineering details. If such procedures are not followed, moving parts and components can be damaged, and long-term failure of these products can occur over time.

SCS uses the latest techniques and materials to complete your installation to the highest standards. We conduct strict quality control prior, during, and after the installation and will not leave until we are certain that everything works 100%. Our high-quality products and service allow SCS to provide you with extended warranties if the installation has been conducted by our technicians and contractors.

SCS will install at residential and commercial properties for companies and government institutions, subcontract to builders, or work for owner builders. No project is too large or too small.
